Are the detailing and valeting prices on the website what I pay?

The price you pay depends on the detailing package you wish to have, your vehicle size and your location.  If we arrive at your address and extra attention is needed on an area (i.e, excessive pet hair inside the vehicle) the detailer will discuss this with you directly and let you know if an additional cost may be incurred during the vehicle pre-inspection.

How long does it take?

That really depends on which package you choose, your vehicle and whether it needs any extra time spending on it due to problem areas.  We have listed approximate times below.


Silver Valet : 60 - 90 minutes

Gold Detail : 2 - 2.5 hours

Platinum Detail : 3 - 3.5 hours

Diamond Detail : A full working day

Can you undertake a detail or valet if I have to park my vehicle on the road?

You don’t have to have a driveway for us to undertake a detail or valet on your vehicle. However please be aware that we are unable to park anywhere where there are highway restrictions in place, that will obstruct traffic and/or fully obstruct pedestrian walkways.


If a permit is required on your road/in a private car park we politely request that one is provided to us as soon as we arrive. If your permits are managed on line, we will provide you with the relevant details upon arrival. If you are unsure, just give us a call and we can discuss it further.

Should I remove my personal belongings from the vehicle?

Whilst we will clear your vehicle of any litter, it is down to you as the customer to remove any personal items from your vehicle. Any items found will be placed into a small bag and given to you at the end of the job being undertaken.

Do you remove all litter from the vehicle?

As long as any litter item hasn’t soiled the area (i.e. receipts, empty wrappers, drink bottles etc.) then we will remove the item. If there is any litter which has soiled the area (such as a forgotten food item) there may be an additional charge if removal proves difficult. This is something the detailer will discuss with you during the pre-check on the vehicle and inform you if he feels an additional charge will apply on the area prior to any work being undertaken.
