We can undertake high pressure cleaning on many types of surfaces and areas, some of which are listed below:

We can clean any size area from a small footpath to a large driveway, and our patio and driveway cleaning services start from £3.50 per squared metre.

Clean and re-sand - from £4.50 per squared metre

Clean, re-sand/re-join and seal - from £7.50 per squared metre

We don't just clean large areas such as driveways, alleyways and pathways.  

Even if you have a few concrete fence posts you wish to freshen up, we can do this too (POA).

We have written a brief explanation for each stage of the cleaning and restoration processes for your reference.

Clean only

We will treat the desired area to be cleaned with some non-caustic cleaning solution in potentially problematic areas.  The solution will be left for a few minutes to get working before we use our high-pressure washer to remove dirt and grime from the surface. If any specialist cleaning solution is required to remove ingrained black algae/lichen or other stubborn marks, we will discuss this with you when we measure the area for your quote.

Re-sand

Once the cleaning of the area has been undertaken, it will need to dry out completely (preferably overnight) before any sand is applied evenly into the gaps between the paving, patio slabs, or block paving. (Please note that if the gaps are larger than the standard 15mm x 15mm, there may be an additional charge, which will be discussed with you when we measure the area for your quote.)

Seal

When we are happy that the sand is level and even we will seal the surface by applying a waterproof sealer. Re-sealing of the surface is a benefit to maintaining the area and to help slow down the growth of moss, algae and fungi. For this reason, we use only premium quality sealants to ensure that your driveway/patio stays looking at its best!
