How long does it take?
The time taken depends on which service you have and the size of the area you wish us to restore. It can take anything between an hour to 2 days.
We will provide an estimated time frame when we speak with you and provide our quote.
Do you provide the water?
We have a tank on board that holds 400l of water, however we may need to use your external tap to finish the job depending on the size and condition of the area we are cleaning.
Can this service be booked any time of year?
We can undertake a clean only service at any time of year, however we recommend that re-sanding and sealing is undertaken during the Spring/Summer months due to time required to dry the areas. We cannot guarantee any sealing will be at its full potential if attempted during the Autumn/Winter months.
Is there a minimum charge?
The charges listed per m² for each service is what you pay however smaller areas are the discretion of the cleaner on the day if the area is smaller than 15 squared metres. Please also see our General FAQ's for information on the areas we cover.
