Do I need to book in advance or can I call on the day?

Once you have decided which service and which package you would like, contact us to make a booking. Although short notice bookings can be taken subject to availability, we recommend you book a week or two weeks in advance; especially during the Spring and Summer months.

What happens if it’s raining on the day of my booking?

As you know, British weather is often inclement which is why we check the weather reports daily. If rain is forecast on the day you would like to book us, we will discuss this with you at the time of the initial booking and agree on a second preferred date for yourself just in case. If it is raining on the day, we will contact you first thing in the morning to discuss this with you.

What areas do you cover?

We cover Colchester, Ipswich and surrounding areas.


Silver Valets on single vehicles, and high pressure cleaning on areas smaller than 20 squared metres may be subject to a small mileage charge if outside a 15 mile radius from the CO1 postcode.

Are you insured?

You can rest easy knowing that we are fully insured up to £1million. Just ask on the day if you wish to see proof of this.

What kind of products do you use?

Whether you are having one of our detailing services or a patio restore, we always use non-caustic products where available which means they are not only better for the service you have undertaken, but better for the environment too.

Are you VAT registered?

As we are a small local business, we are not VAT registered. We do not charge VAT because of this, and will not be able to provide a VAT receipt.
